Every member of the body of Christ has been saved by grace through faith from God. Their collective work emanated from the ministry of preaching, teaching and healing that was begun by Jesus. Our charge is to continue the work of the head of the church by making disciples and equipping them to do the work of ministry that glorifies the Heavenly Father.

The process of sanctification is ongoing as the individual turns away from sin to follow in the precepts and footsteps of the Savior. This aspect of Spiritual surrender and growth is the indicator that ones life has been transformed in the pursuit of holiness.

For the church to be successful in its work, there must be reliance upon the Holy Spirit to direct their actions and regulate their attitudes while he directs their approach. Total surrender to the will of the Father in Heaven is difficult but not impossible. We must be about the Father’s business, not our own.
